I have worked with Vision Real Estate as both a renter and a homebuyer. We recently purchased a house through Emily Kelley. Our house search was complicated as we were physically in New Jersey but seeking a home in the Savannah area. This meant that our initial work would be "long-distance". It was our good fortune to contact our agent, Emily Kelley.

Emily was very personable during our first telephone contact. Her attitude and demeanor made us feel that she understood our goals and was eager to help. We never felt any pressure nor preconceived sales approach from Emily. Instead, she listened to our wants and needs for our new home. She asked some important questions to help us understand the type of area and house we were seeking. And her professionalism and efficiency were repeatedly demonstrated. She brought us to well-selected potential purchases and guided us through every house tour. With her assistance, we were able to choose a home that fit our needs perfectly.

Emily continued to work hard on our behalf throughout the sale negotiation process. The distance was not a detriment: she completed everything as if we were present in Savannah. Thanks to her, we were able to negotiate a favorable purchase price and close in an expedited manner. Emily made the items such as house inspection, attorney relations, and ancillary services easy for us by performing these mundane, important tasks.

Even after the closing, Emily has continued to provide us assistance to make moving arrangements from nearly 800 miles away. Her professionalism and commitment to customer service did not end with her payday. We are now proud and happy to consider her more than our agent. She is a friend.

Emily Kelly the property manager is by far the best manager you could ask for! She always responds so quickly to your concerns and makes sure to address them as quickly as she can as well.
